Tanya Jelinek

I took over City Boot Camp as its owner on January 1st, 2023.

I began my first job as a trainer with City Boot Camp in July 2013 and continue on this journey. I love motivating and pushing people.

My goal: to show as many people as possible that sport is so much more than just the external perception that we take in. It is also good for the psyche, gives us more energy in everyday life and all of this in the fresh air. :)

I am a sports scientist with focus on competitive sports. Since I am still actively involved in cycle sprinting and weightlifting, I can easily increase the intensity of the training.

In addition to various other professional training I have in the fields of sports and fitness, my passion for sports is written all over my face.

My name is Paul and my life is pretty much all about sport and nutrition. I really enjoy training with different types of people and characters. It is a wonderful experience to help people achieve their goals.

In my private life you will mainly find me on the racing bike, in the water or on a mountain.

Anna Hiedler

Training has changed my life for the better on so many levels and I want to pass on all these positive effects to my customers. There is nothing more fulfilling for me than helping people achieve their goals and seeing how they become stronger, more resilient, happier and healthier along the way. You can usually find me in the Crossfit box. The combination of strength, endurance, gymnastics and weightlifting offers me a wide variety of challenges and training never gets boring.

That's exactly how I structure my training sessions: varied and a combination of strength, endurance, mobility, coordination, balance and stability, hence the best of all worlds.

As a certified tennis, personal and functional strength master trainer, I know how wonderful it is to experience training success. My name is Elisabeth Rist and it gives me great joy to inspire people to exercise. I firmly believe that it is never too late to strive for a more active lifestyle. My motivation is to help people of all ages and fitness levels to achieve their goals and to motivate them to stick with them, especially in the initial phase.

Under my motto “Just begin & win”, I believe that the first step is the most important one.
