Yes it is. You control how fast you go and how many breaks you take.
All the Boot Camps are hard, that's why it's called Boot Camp :)
Just try it out, you have a whole week of free sessions to try different Boot Camps and different trainers.
All the trainers make sure that your heart rate is up most of the time. It's an hour with barely any breaks and you have a good combination of Cardio and strength training.
It's great to be in the fresh air, get pushed hard so you will get fitter and stronger.
Basically after about 2-4 weeks you should really feel a change.
You feel better, you have more energy and the daily activities might feel suddenly easier as well. Working out in the fresh air is very essential to your mental health.
Make sure not to wear your nicest clothes, we do like to give exercises on the floor or lying (pushup and plank positions).
Winter: make sure to wear enough clothes, gloves and a hat or something for the head.
Summer: make sure to take water with you, also might bike gloves if you don't want your hands to get to dirty.
Morning session: if you are used to not eating then don't eat, but it is different than going for a light morning run :)
For the evening: make sure to eat something small with full of energy like a banana for example.
Since it is Outdoors, please make sure to come in your sport outfit. There are toilets nearby in the parks.
At Power BC and Athletic BC it is stationary, many people come before are after work and they just put their bag in one place.
Advanced BC is a running BC, so at the end of the session you are again at the starting point. Try to just take the essential equipment like phone, keys and money.
You can register up until the last minute (I know many people are very spontaneous due to work/children, etc.). It's very important to me that you have this flexibility, but ideally up to an hour before the training starts. Cancellations up to an hour before the training starts are also important, especially in winter, as there are often only 2-4 participants.
