I've been training at the City Boot Camp for 2 ½ years now, usually three times a week and it's simply addictive. The trainers, who are always in a good mood and motivated, pay a lot of attention to the correct execution of the exercises and always offer alternatives in case of physical limitations.
The training takes place outdoors, whether summer or winter, in any weather. Despite the participants' varying fitness levels, everyone is brought to their personal limits during the session and the fun factor in the group is huge. Better than any gym, the best form of training for me!!
